Rfund Policy
At OlivesMed, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your medical apparel. If your scrubs don't fit perfectly or aren't exactly what you expected, we are here to help you get the right size or issue a refund.
Our policy fully complies with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMELINES

14-Day Change of Mind: You have the right to return or exchange your product for any reason within 14 days from the date you received your order.

30-Day Manufacturing Defect: In the rare event that your items have a manufacturing defect or do not match the specifications ordered, you have the right to a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, all items must meet the following strict criteria:

The scrubs must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

The items must be in their original packaging with all original OlivesMed tags still securely attached.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation text).
⚠️ Important Notice on Custom Embroidery: Any scrubs that have been personalized with custom name or title embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing error or spelling mistake made on our part.
3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Customer Preference (Size/Color Change): If you are returning or exchanging an item because you ordered the wrong size, prefer a different color, or changed your mind, the customer covers the shipping courier fees for the return and the new shipment.

OlivesMed Error or Defect: If we sent you the wrong size/style, or if the product is defective, OlivesMed will cover 100% of all shipping and exchange courier costs.
4. REFUND PROCESSING & TIMELINES
Once your returned items arrive back at our warehouse, they will be inspected within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for standard "change of mind" returns.
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We keep our process simple. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Send a message to our official WhatsApp Support Line: [Insert WhatsApp Number] or DM us on Instagram @OlivesMed. Please include your Order Number and photos of the items you wish to return/exchange.
Our customer care team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm the courier fees (if applicable) and delivery steps.
We will dispatch our shipping courier partner to your address within 2 to 5 business days to pick up the return package and hand over your new exchange items simultaneously.
