Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At OlivesMed, we are committed to delivering premium medical wear with the highest standards of quality, comfort, and care. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and included.
- The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or failure to follow washing instructions.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, final-sale offers, or special promotions where return or exchange restrictions are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
4. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for size, color, or another available item within the 14-day exchange period, provided that the returned item meets all eligibility conditions.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, the customer may choose another available item or request a refund according to this policy.
The replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received, inspected, and approved by our team.
5. Return Method
Returns and exchanges are handled by mail or courier.
Customers must contact OlivesMed before sending any item back in order to receive the proper return instructions.
6. Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping fees.
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, OlivesMed will cover the return or exchange shipping fees after the case is reviewed and approved.
7. Restocking Fees
OlivesMed does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
8. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
After approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds for online payments will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through bank transfer or another approved refund method after the return is inspected and approved.
9. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.
After reviewing the case, OlivesMed will arrange the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
