By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, sizing charts, and fabrics of our scrubs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP/ج.م). Prices are inclusive of any applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: OlivesMed reserves the right to change product prices, modify designs, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

  • Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any customer if an item is out of stock or if fraud is suspected.

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact our customer service team immediately. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been picked up by our shipping courier partners.

3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND COURIERS

  • Delivery Scope: We provide shipping services across Egypt (including Greater Cairo, Alexandria, Delta, and Upper Egypt governorates).

  • Timeline: Delivery timelines are estimates and usually take between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during national holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume sales.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Offers like "Free shipping on orders over 1,600 EGP" apply strictly to orders meeting the subtotal threshold.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

In compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018:

  • Timeline: Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product (or 30 days if the product has a manufacturing defect).

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your scrubs must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all OlivesMed tags still securely attached.

  • Exclusions: Embroidered or custom-tailored scrubs cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an evident manufacturing error on our part.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error by OlivesMed (e.g., wrong size sent, or defective product).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including the OlivesMed logo, product designs, website layout, text, graphics, and photographs—is the exclusive property of OlivesMed. You may not copy, republish, or use any of our visual or written assets for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

6. PRODUCT CARE AND USAGE DISCLAIMER

We provide clear product care instructions (e.g., cold wash only, turn garment inside out, do not iron directly on prints). OlivesMed is not responsible for any damage, shrinking, or fading of fabrics resulting from improper washing, ironing, or handling contrary to our care guidelines.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OlivesMed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase will not exceed the total price you paid for that specific product.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
